Monklands Baby & Family Clothing Aid could not run such an essential and purposeful service if it wasn’t for the kindness of our wonderful donors.
Donating items
Things we urgently need
- Quality, gently used clothing for children and teens
- Cash Donations
- New underwear, socks, and tights
- Pyjamas
- New and unopened toiletries for all ages
- Bedding sets
- New and unused duvets and pillows
- Bed guards
- Cold water sterilisers (no electric please)
- Nappies and wipes
- High Chairs
- Bouncers
- Cot beds and New cot bed mattresses
Things we can't accept
- Used baby bottles and teats
- Car seats (even as part of travel system)
- Used mattresses, duvets or pillows
- Cribs
- Electric sterilisers
- Baby walkers
- Cot bumpers
- Stair gates
- Stained, soiled or damaged items
- Incomplete, damaged or broken toys and books
- Burger restaurant toys
- Unbagged and unlabelled tiny toys
- Toiletries which have been opened or used

Opening Times
10 AM till 2 PM
On occasions when we have surplus stock, we will donate items to other organisations both in our local area as well as further afield, including charity treks to some of the worlds most underprivileged regions.
Cash donations
From time to time we require certain particular items to help top up our stock levels, you can help by ordering from our Amazon wishlist any items you want to help with and they will be sent direct to us so we can quickly put them to good use.

Donate your time
We’re always looking for enthusiastic volunteers to help us out. Whether it’s an hour here and there or a few hours a week, we simply couldn’t run Monklands Baby & Family Clothing Aid without our amazing volunteers.
You can also help us by downloading the poster below and placing it in place of work i.e. Staff canteen, reception areas etc.
